An anniversary is not the night to fight for a reservation or shout over a busy dining room. Chef Josh builds a multi-course menu around the two of you, cooks it in your kitchen, serves each course, and leaves the place spotless. You get an unhurried evening that is entirely yours.
Tell him the dishes you both love, the wine you want to open, and any dietary needs. He writes the menu from there. Think of it as your favourite restaurant, minus the drive home and the bill for the wine markup.
