Weddings, corporate dinners, birthdays, and graduations. The same plating and technique, scaled to your event and built to match the room.
Sherwood Park & Greater Edmonton
Chef Josh brings fine dining to your home. He cooks, serves, and cleans up. You just enjoy the evening.
I bring the restaurant. You keep the evening.
Josh Bauman trained at NAIT in Edmonton and earned his Red Seal as a Journeyman chef. Then he went looking for the best kitchens he could find.
He cooked in Michelin-starred kitchens in England and in restaurants across Italy and Paris, learning the techniques behind food most people only see on a tasting menu. He brought all of it home to Alberta.
Now he cooks it in your dining room. Every menu is built for your table, your guests, and the occasion. Nothing off a template.
A private dinner should feel effortless for the person hosting it. Here is everything Josh handles, so you can spend the night with your guests instead of in the kitchen.
A conversation about the occasion, your guests, and anything they cannot eat. Josh builds the menu around all of it.
Josh sources every ingredient and does the preparation. Your only job is to set the date.
On the night, your kitchen becomes his. Multiple courses, cooked fresh and plated to order.
Each course served and paced like a restaurant, in your own dining room, while you stay at the table.
Josh cleans the kitchen before he goes. You wake up to no dishes and no mess.
Every photograph is Chef Josh's own work, cooked and plated in a real dining room. No stock, no filler.
