A conversation about the occasion, your guests, and anything they cannot eat. Josh builds the menu around all of it.

He shops and preps
Josh sources every ingredient and does the preparation. Your only job is to set the date.

He cooks in your kitchen
On the night, your kitchen becomes his. Multiple courses, cooked fresh and plated to order.

Full service at your table
Each course served and paced like a restaurant, in your own dining room, while you stay at the table.

Josh cleans the kitchen before he goes. You wake up to no dishes and no mess.
